From our dealership point of view, it was trouble-free. Everything went smoothly, and they were all available for all queries.
Titan came up for a site scope, and had a very detailed questionnaire – it wasn’t overly difficult, as they understood how a dealership worked, so they asked the right questions.
They went back to Brisbane, then did a lot more work on general ledger predominantly for me, then letterheads etc, so it was all very smooth.

Our future with Titan
I think obviously Titan will continue to enhance their product, and we’ll be the beneficiary of that.
As technology becomes more and more a part of the business, it seems that’s where the DMS needs to go.
