We are delighted to announce that Titan DMS has been awarded Retail Integration Services (RIS) certification by BMW in Australia.
Retail Integration Services certification, is a process established by BMW to ensure that Dealer Management System (DMS) providers meet the specific integration and functionality requirements set by BMW Global.
This certification process is critical for DMS providers who want to be part of the BMW network, as it ensures their systems can seamlessly integrate with BMW’s retail infrastructure.

Successful certification means that a DMS provider has proven its system can effectively communicate and operate within BMW’s retail ecosystem, enhancing the user experience for both dealers and customers alike. It also ensures that future international integrations for markets outside of Australia can be completed through an eased requirements process.
Titan initially secured this certification in Thailand when onboarding the BMW network and progressed to Australia for the implementation of Titan DMS by Sydney BMW, the largest BMW dealership in New South Wales.
