What prompted you to consider changing your existing DMS provider?

Our existing DMS wasn’t capable of functioning inline with our digital presence and that meant a lot of double handling, so we had to upgrade.

How did Titan approach the initial consultation for change?

The initial consultation was easily understood and comprehensive. I felt Titan were transparent and didn’t overpromise. They were realistic about what the system could or couldn’t do and also brought suggestions to fill any gaps.

How would you describe the training Titan delivered leading up to ‘go live’?

Very comprehensive with lots of one-to-one time for each individual in my team to get the whole team ready for go-live. They were at our beck and call throughout the time, were very patient answering all our questions and supported our team to transition from the old process and mindset to a new one.

How did Titan manage the ‘go live’ in your dealership/s?

It seemed to be as seamless as it could be. There was hiccups with banking receipts but that was more our process and I think the fact there was training on the Sunday before the Monday go-live really helped minimise issues. There has also been an integration issue with our eCommerce provider (the systems worked for a few days then stopped working) but that was sorted quickly.

Did Titan deliver your new DMS on time and within budget?

Yes. Everything was just as it was supposed to be.

Was the transition to Titan straightforward and trouble-free?

Yes. The banking system workflow caused a process change at our end but again, that was sorted pretty quickly.
